Subscription and Payment Terms
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a SacoNotes subscription. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must purchase a subscription and agree to the Terms on your behalf. You agree to pay the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your account at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless you have paid by check, all subscription fees will be billed automatically to your credit card. Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and any renewal according to your specified payment plan (i.e. monthly or annually). Your subscription will be renewed automatically, and you will be charged in advance of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription. All fees and charges are generally non-refundable and any refunds will be issued solely at the discretion of Saco Notes. If we do issue a refund, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. Saco Notes reserve the right to change its subscription prices, or add new fees, by giving you notice in advance and being given the opportunity to cancel your subscription. You are responsible for any fees and charges incurred from third parties (such as internet or mobile service providers) by accessing SacoNotes properties and content.

Registration and Your Information
Each registration is for a single user only. Registration data and other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy. Log-in credentials are not to be shared with anyone else. If you access our Service using a password, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. If you provide someone else with access to your password to our Service, they will have the ability to view information about your account and make changes through the Website for the Services. You agree to notify us promptly if you change your billing and delivery addresses and email address so we can continue to contact you and send any notices required hereunder. If you fail to notify us promptly of a change, then any notice we send to your old address shall be deemed sufficient notice.
